  • What are Eyelash Extensions?
Eyelash extensions are synthetic hairs that are bonded directly onto existing natural eyelashes. Each natural lash is isolated before the extension is applied to ensure that the health of the natural eyelash is maintained.
  • How long will a set of Eyelash Extensions last?
Worried that your lashes are not going to last with your daily activities? Eyelash extensions can last up to 3-4 weeks before a touch-up appointment is needed is home care is done right. When applied correctly, eyelash extensions can be worn long-term without any damage to the natural lashes.
  • Can I apply Mascara to Eyelash Extensions?
Have you ever left the beach with mascara smudges on your face? If so, lash extensions might be perfect for you. With lash extensions, you can skip mascara and avoid smudges by the end of the day. They make your natural lashes look fuller, so mascara isn’t necessary — but if you like, you can use a water-based mascara, especially as you get closer to your next lash fill.
  • Can I Swim, Shower, Exercise or visit a Spa while wearing Eyelash Extensions?
When done by a professional, lash extensions are long-lasting. Whether you’re working out, dancing, or relaxing in the sun, they’ll stay in place. You can shower, swim, and sweat without worry — just avoid getting them wet for the first 24 hours after application. After that, the glue is strong enough for your normal routine. However, it’s best to avoid too much steam, like from saunas or certain facials, as it can weaken the bond.
  • How long will it take to apply Eyelash Extensions and how is it done?
The application process for lash extensions normally takes approximately 90-120 minutes for a full set of lashes and approximately 45-60 minutes for a lash fill. It is actually such a treat! In the salon, there is often a joke going around that our clients get a free nap while getting their lashes done because it is actually so relaxing that most of our clients fall asleep on the massage bed while their lashes are being done.
  • How do I choose what I want?
There are many lengths, curls, and thicknesses to choose from, allowing your technician to create a custom lash look. They will consult with you to find the style you want and what suits your natural lashes best.
  • How long does Permanent Make-Up last?
It typically lasts between 1 to 3 years, depending on your skin type, lifestyle, and how well you care for it. Touch-ups are recommended to maintain the look.
  • Does the procedure hurt?
Most people feel little discomfort. A numbing cream is applied beforehand to minimize pain.
  • How long does the procedure take?
The appointment usually takes 1.5 to 3 hours, depending on the area being treated.
  • What is Permanent Make-Up?
Permanent makeup is a cosmetic tattoo that enhances features like eyebrows, eyeliner, and lips with pigment that lasts for years.
  • What is the healing process like?
You may experience redness, swelling, and slight scabbing for a few days. Full healing usually takes around 7–14 days.
  • Will it look natural?
Yes! Skilled artists use techniques that mimic natural hair strokes and soft shading for a subtle, natural appearance.
  • How do I choose the right colour and shape?
Your technician will consult with you to select the best colour and shape to match your features and personal style.
  • Is it safe?
When done by a trained professional in a clean environment, permanent makeup is safe. Make sure to follow all aftercare instructions.
  • Can I wear regular makeup over Permanent Make-Up?
Yes, after the area has healed. You can still apply regular makeup for special occasions if you wish.
  • Is there any downtime?
Not really. You can resume most daily activities, but avoid heavy sweating, swimming, and sun exposure for about a week.
